Thank you for your order! This Shipping Policy outlines how PuffVault processes and ships your orders.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to the United States and internationally to countries where the purchase and importation of our products is legal. It is your responsibility to confirm that the products you are ordering are legal to import in your country.

We do not ship to jurisdictions where vaping or tobacco products are prohibited by law.

3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for US orders:

- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12pm EST)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders — see our current promotions at checkout.

4. International Shipping

International orders are shipped via standard international carriers. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7–21 business days.

International customers are solely responsible for:
- All customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country
- Ensuring that the products ordered are legal to import in their location

PuffVault is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or packages held or seized by customs authorities.

5. Age Verification at Delivery

In compliance with federal and state laws, adult signature may be required upon delivery of your order. The carrier will not leave the package without obtaining a signature from an adult aged 21 or older.

If no adult is available to sign, the carrier will make additional delivery attempts or hold the package at a local facility for pickup. Packages that are not claimed may be returned to us.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

7. Shipping Delays

PuffVault is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier delays or service disruptions
- Weather events or natural disasters
- Customs processing (international orders)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@puffvault.com and we will do our best to assist you.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@puffvault.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been fulfilled.

PuffVault is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
